To get a new combination chart booklet, please fill out the Chart Request Form.
To get a quote, you'll need to reach out to a distributor. Please see our list of distributors, or reach out to customer service for more information.
These locks are registered to a particular business or school and the keys are reserved for their use only. It is possible to purchase up to 12 additional keys if you are a registered end user of the school or institution.
Email your request on official letterhead to orders@mlock.com to the attention of Customer Service/Registered Keys.
Be sure to include the exact key numbers and any information that will help us find your user registration. The cost is $9.07 per key plus a $5.00 flat fee for shipping, regardless of the number of keys being ordered.
A remittance request will accompany your keys. Payment can be made by check or money order (at this time, credit card payments are not accepted).

To open a standard Master Lock combination lock (1500D):
- Turn the dial 3 times to the right and stop on the first number of the sequence.
- Turn the dial to the left, past the first number of the sequence, and stop on the second number.
- Turn the dial to the right and stop on the third number of the sequence.
- Pull up on the shackle.
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on combination locker locks. If the product fails because of material defect or workmanship, we will replace it free of charge.

You will need to provide:
- Lock model number.
- Lock serial number.
- Complete name and address of the facility.
- Lock key number (if applicable).
- What the lock is used for and how it failed.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights. These rights may vary from state to state, province to province, or country to country.
Master Lock is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover products which have been abused, altered, damaged, misused, cut, or worn. Products over 10 years old are subject to evaluation prior to warranty coverage.
To the extent permitted by law, MASTER LOCK COMPANY disclaims all other implied or express warranties including warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular use. Some governments do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
